Unless otherwise specified for special events, the normal meeting time and place is the Garden Center Building at Sugarhouse Park on the third Thursday of each month at 6:30pm.
The Utah Rose Society meetings are lively, fun, and a positive experience for all those who attend. Expect to grow your knowledge of rose cultivating, make new friends, and have good refreshments!
Tuesday the 16th 6:30 p.m. — How to enter in the Rose Show
Thursday 16th 6:30 p.m. — This will be the annual auction, so come and bid on rose bushes that you would like for your gardens, as well as other items such as baked goods and items related to rose gardening. Light refreshments will be provided.
Friday 7th 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. – Consulting Rosarian School.
Friday 7th 4:30 p.m. — Come and help us set up for the Rose show. We need many hands for this process.
Saturday 8th — The Utah Rose Society is hosting the Rocky Mountain District Rose Show at the Garden Center. Entries will be accepted from 7:00 to 9:30 a.m. Judging will commence at 10:00 a.m. and the show will be open to the public from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Sunday, June 9, 2019, 10:00 a.m.– Trip to Golden Spike National Historic Site located at Promontory Summit, Box Elder County, Utah.
Thursday 18th 6:30 p.m. – Visit to the garden of Ken and Betty Langeberg. There will be a potluck dinner so bring a dish to share.
Thursday 15th 6:30 p.m. — Visit to the garden of Scott and Teri Hunter. There will be a potluck dinner so bring a dish to share.
Thursday 19th 6:30 p.m. — Visit to the garden of Doug and Cindy Crookston. There will be a potluck dinner so bring a dish to share.
Thursday 17 6:30 p.m. – Topic and presenter to be announced.

Thursday 12th 6:30 p.m. — Holiday party, pot luck dinner, gift exchange at the Garden Center in Sugar House Park.
